Settlement

Settlement infrastructure for businesses where the record of who owns what has to be trusted.

The problem

Every business that transfers value has a settlement layer, whether it admits it or not. Usually it’s a spreadsheet, a bank’s batch cycle, and a reconciliation meeting. When ownership changes hands for goods, contracts, leases, or positions, the record lags the reality, and disputes live in the gap.

What we build

Settlement and record-keeping systems where the transfer and the record are the same event. Conditional release, multi-party approval, multi-currency support, and an audit trail that doesn’t depend on anyone’s memory. Where ledger infrastructure is the right tool, we use it; where it isn’t, we don’t.

What we’ve shipped

Escrow settlement engine

The conditional-release and multi-currency settlement architecture underneath OpulX Marketplace, built to hold funds until both parties perform.

Wholesale settlement for Keda’s Brew

Escrow tooling holds a retailer’s wholesale payment and releases it automatically on confirmed delivery, so a small brand can sell into stores without chasing invoices.

A loyalty program

A system that holds reward funds in an escrow vault and automatically selects 13 winners per draw, with payout released by the system rather than by hand. No manual picking, no disputed results.

Good fit if you are

  • Handling transfers where a disputed record is expensive
  • Coordinating multiple parties who each need to sign off before value moves
  • Replacing reconciliation with a system of record both sides trust

Every system we ship, we operate.
