Online and in-person checkout accepts traditional payment methods alongside digital assets, with proceeds convertible to dollars at settlement. Scan-to-verify batch provenance on every jar, a refill program tracked on ledger infrastructure, escrow-released wholesale payments to retailers, and a merchant dashboard tie it together. Idaho is the pilot market.
